Clark Construction Services provides   Final Estimates Level 2 classroom instruction & exams.  

Our Instructor

Our Instructor is currently approved by the Florida Department of Transportation. He has over 35 years experience in Construction  Engineering Inspection and was a former Military Instructor for the U.S.M.C.

EXAM ONLY SERVICE

We provide exam only during scheduled FE Level 2 exams for  FE Level 1 & FE Level 2 CTQP Qualifications.

Payments:

CCS accepts credit & debit cards (MasterCard & Visa) and checks. A $35.00 returned check fee will be assessed for any returned check.

Student Cancellation:

Refunds are made in the form of credit towards a future session and are valid for one year from the date of issue. To receive a full credit, a cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance of the session's scheduled date.

Course & Exam: Cancellations less than 7 days will be assessed a cancellation fee of $200.00. A letter of credit to attend another session for the balance will be issued and is good for one year from the date of issue.

Exam Only: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session date will be assessed a charge of $50.00. A letter of credit for the balance will be issued and good for one year from the date of issue.

Cancellation by CCS: CCS reserves the right to cancel a course due to low registration or a weather related event. Notification will be posted on this website and an email sent to the participants in advance of cancellation. A full refund or letter or credit will be issued for a future session. In this case, it is whatever the registrant prefers.

Participant Substitution: Student substitution is allowed up to the day of the class.
